For companies who don’t need a full-scale audit, Denman & Company offers the next level of assurance: a review.

In a review, you still have the expertise of the Denman team working for you. The process itself, however, is quite different, and requires much less time and effort. The major difference in the findings is that an audit allows us to offer the highest level of assurance that the financial statements require no material modifications. A review, on the other hand, can only offer limited assurance, simply because the process is less intensive.

Some companies require neither an audit nor a review. In this case, Denman & Company is happy to offer a compilation of financial statements.

For compilations, our team offers no opinion on the statements, and no assurance is given. However, compilations are most often used in situations where higher levels of assurance are not required; e.g., decisions on financing.
